By downloading, installing, or using mrv wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Non-custodial nature

mrv wallet is a non-custodial software application. This means:

  • Your private keys and seed phrases are generated and stored solely on your device
  • We have no ability to access, recover, freeze, or transfer your funds
  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your seed phrase and private keys
  • If you lose your seed phrase and your device, your funds cannot be recovered by anyone

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep your seed phrase and private keys secure and confidential
  • Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including mrv wallet support
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
  • Be solely responsible for all transactions made from your wallet
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming — blockchain transactions are irreversible

4. No financial advice

mrv wallet does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Price data displayed in the App is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment decisions. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Only invest what you can afford to lose.

5. Third-party services

The App integrates with third-party services including blockchain nodes, price providers, DEX aggregators, and fiat on-ramp providers. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. mrv wallet is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mrv wallet and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of funds — arising from your use of the App, regardless of cause. This includes but is not limited to losses from hacks, phishing, lost seed phrases, or user error.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
